Carrying bicycle

Réf.: V17

I found it in august 1997 in Savigny en Sancerre, Cher, France

I don't have any information on this mark. If you have some, don't hesitate to contact me

It's a carrying bicycle. This type of bicycles always has few accessories and is difficult to date. The steel mudguards rather than aluminium make me lean for the years 1940.
