Steel chain-gard and pedals with white color rubbers.

650 wheels with profile "Chapeau de Gendarme" steel rims, black color tires. The wheels are fixed with nuts on the frame.

Front and rear brakes with flexible cables and side pressure on the rim.

Front and rear steel mudguard. The rear mudguard is bored to receive nets for skirt.

I found it in august 1999 at Malicornay, Indre, France.
	The head badge represents a man on the world, with the inscriptions Cycles Nouvel, Issoudun. I don't have other information on this mark. If you have some, don't hesitate to contact me.
