I found it in march en mars 2001 close to Paris, France.

The head badge represents the text "Royal Stella" surmounted by a
star and a crown. |
It's a utility bicycle from the 1950's,
owned by a postman, who used it for working.

Details and pieces:

54 cms frame, blue color. This painting does not seem to be
the original painting, the bicycle surely was repaints.
Total weight: 12,8 Kgs.
IDEALE 64 saddle.
Steel flat handlebar and duralumin stem. White rubber
levers of mark ROD.
650 wheels for half-balloon tires.
Fixed with butterflies nuts.

STELLA
front and rear brakes with flexible cables, central pulling,
Cantilever type, with pressure on the side of the rim. To notice
aluminum hats, marked STELLA which hide and protect the brake articulation.
LEFOL aluminium brake levers.

The 2 gears crankset and the fasteners traces on the rear of the frame
attest that this bicycle had gears shiftings disappeared today.
We can
notice the second gearwheel much smaller than the first.

Steel front and rear mudguard.
Without lighting. However the frame has a dynamo attach as well as electric master key-cables.
A solid front rack , made it possible to pose
the postman's satchel.
