Sport bicycle

Réf.: V63

I found it in february 2004 in Chaville, Hauts de Seine, France.

The head badge represents a she-wolf. This enamelled copper head badge indicates that this bicycle must date from the beginning of the years 1930 or perhaps before. Approximately 1925 according to the brake's model.

There remain nothing of the initial painting and this bicycle received complementary more recent aluminum equipment and a rear derailleur.

Details and pieces:

Aluminium PIVO stem. Aluminium handlebar.

CLUB 28A saddle.

Extract from the Simplex # 1950 catalogue (the frame fixing is different):

SIMPLEX Grand Tourisme # 1950 rear derailleur

ELTE pedal-protects and toe-clips.

BOWDEN TOURISTE 1923 brakes.

We can find the trace of this brake's model, which had much success during several decades, as of the beginning of the years 1920.

LEFOL aluminium mudguards.
